With over 10 years experience in the industry, Dan has built a solid reputation for global expertise and principled honesty, as well as excellent industry connections with renowned worldwide companies. He is a very active participant in industry events and the wider community, sharing his passion for innovation and practical solutions with everyone he meets. In his spare time, he works on developing the endless list of innovations he has and loves building Lego.
Coming from a background in project and people management, Alanna joined the business in 2016 to help drive process efficiency, operational structure and project management. 10 years of experience in an Agile market-leading working environment has helped her to put the business in its strongest operational position to date. Outside of work, she is passionate about reading and organisation / planning (something that comes in very handy in her day job).
Marco joined the company in 2021, coming from an engineering background, and has worked hard over the past four years to increase his experience and expertise in the industry. His passion for logic and numbers has been vital to his success, and his conscientiousness drives excellent solutions. In his personal time, he is driven by fitness, with a particular passion for running and sailing.
